Oishinbo a la Carte (First Read)

Oishinbo a la Carte is an interesting manga to read, it has step by step recipes on how to make traditional Japanese dishes and also an interesting story on how a bunch of people created the "Menu Project".

First Course

I feel bad for the people that were cooking for Kakaibarayuzan he was mean to let them cook the same dish many times but he is still unsatisfied with his meal. I like seeing the step by step process of cooking and making sure we are cooking the food the right way, it kind reminds me of Master Chef. I already don't like Kakaibarayuzan and how he treats everyone even the chefs that have made amazing food with such experience in gourmet cooking and he still insults them instead of praising them.

Second Course

Jeff is already my favorite character when he pulled out the knife in public to show his love for cooking I laughed. It's also interesting to hear about Americans traveling to Japan to know what it is like to experience Japanese cooking but it's also cool to see a restaurant with Japanese and American influences on food. It's fun to see competition and comparing foods from different chefs as they argue over which food is better or what they like best. It's cool to learn about food cutting skills in order for you to make good and tasty Japanese dishes.
